I test-stranded her hair and it wasn’t strong enough to have it lightened. So she had a K18 stand-alone treatment in the salon and then maintained it at home. The key 🔑 is to trust the process. It’s FACT, all hair lifts warm. Sadly once the t It’s FACT, all hair lifts warm. Sadly once the toner has faded, which has neutralised the warmth. you are left with the warmth. Purple shampoo is a quick fix and will only neutralise yellow in the hair. If you have orange tones you will need a blue shampoo to neutralise. Use only when needed, when your hair is warmer and the toner is fading. Every 4-6 washes is a good reference point. Overusing can dull your hair as cool tones are flat and don’t reflex light. Most importantly it will leave a build-up on the hair which is a nightmare to remove. This problem will add extra time & cost to your colour service. Stop using it two weeks before colour. I recommend using @redken Blondage & Brownlights. Currently on OFFER for £35.00 for the both, usually RRP 41.00 There are ways you can help maintain your Blonde/Bronde, more hair advice to follow soon. So keep your eyes peeled.
